Cre
Run may sound like an odd name for a
horse farm, but it's a definition of
purpose... to create runners...
specifically Arabian racehorses. Amid
the gently rolling hills of historic
Hanover County, Virginia, Alan Kirshner
and his wife, Deborah Mihaloff,
established Cre Run Farm in
1986.
But
over the years, Cre Run has evolved into so much more than
just an Arabian horse farm. With time, Cre Run Enterprises
has expanded to include Cre Run Farm, Cre Run Training Center
and Equine Lifestyles Arabian Racing Partnerships. Improvements
to the current 180 acre facility include over 60 acres of
pastures, a complete reproductive facility and a race training
facility with a newly refurbished 5/8 mile track for their
young stock. This incredibly busy operation stands a variety
of stallions, houses the outstanding herd of broodmares,
and raises and trains the next generation of Arabian racing
champions.
